TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Item(s) can be returned within 14 days after your purchase (non-used item(s) in original condition with label). Please contact us by email at info@ferrer.be before you return your item(s). After we receive the returned item(s), we will either exchange the product(s) for free or refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Both the returned goods & the packaging have to be in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
NOTE, please be aware that we can not accept returns during sales periods.

We ship orders to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy.
Free shipping in Benelux.
Other EU Countries: shipping calculated at checkout.
After your payment has been processed and your order has been shipped, the package should arrive within 3-5 working days. This period may vary depending on the destination / shipping company. FERRER is not responsible for any delays or problems (damage / loss) during delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number and contact information of the shipping company if necessary.
Please note that during high season and sale, delivery times may be affected.
AVAILABILITY
At FERRER we try our very best to keep our e-shop as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is daily updated, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” on our site are sold out at the time of the order (sizing / color / ...). FERRER will inform you as soon as possible when this would occur and give you alternative options if possible.
